Here we are. Located at 100 West Canyon Crest Road, Basement Suite 2, Alpine, Utah. I promised pictures of the doctor's practice months ago. Finally, following a mishap with the delete key, I have them...again.
First, we have the front reception area. Child friendly, cozy, and welcoming. For all the walls we chose soothing, calm tones. Stonington for the base and light sage as the accent. Trim is an antique white. It turned out beautifully from a blank, empty, white slate. The doctor and I actually built the reception desk, and although it was a learning experience, it turned out looking lovely.
Through the first door to the left we have the massage room. The doctor has another massage therapist working in the office, so they have added their own decorative touches.
The second door to the left is the exam/ treatment room. The trick to this space was that it also had to function as the doctors personal office and product display. The bookshelves frame the window nicely and provide much needed storage. I love the colors and touches of nature, which softens the harshness of necessary medical equipment.
The last room, opposite the exam/ treatment room, is the physical therapy room. Featured in here is the infrared sauna, used for various conditions, with private dressing area. The doctor provides other services such as paraffin wax treatments, massage, heat, ice, physical exams, blood work, urinalysis, electrotherapy muscle stimulation, taping, splinting, crutch and wheelchair rental, and the list goes on. This large space works perfectly for storage of medical supplies while providing ample room for patients needing physical therapy.
I am very proud of the doctor and the hard work he has put into building this practice. There are some aspects to this office which are not ideal but it is a great inexpensive starting place, all while being centrally located in the beautiful area of Alpine, Utah. Drop in and visit us sometime!
