For the past few months I have been trying so hard to teach Will the concept of clapping. Of course this meant that he clapped his hands first when dad was feeding him breakfast, and mom was still sleeping. Oh, well! Here's his cute clap on camera.
What can I say...it was bound to happen. Combination of stairs, arms full of bags, and a fidgety baby. One missed step resulted in a sprain and hairline fracture at the anterior talocalcaneal joint. Nothing like being laid up for weeks to make me grateful for the ability to walk, a wonderful husband, and amazing friends. Looking forward to being back on both feet in 3 to 5 weeks.
Oh, Julie. You're poor foot!!! I would say, enjoy the rest, but I know that as a mommy, you just can't!!
